General Description: Milford Hot Springs is also known as Wild Rose Hot Springs. Milford is on private property on the open range. This hot springs is free. Milford is located along highway 93 outside Carney, Idaho. Milford Hot Springs boasts a lava based all natural hot spring pool.
Location: From Idaho Falls, Idaho it is 100 miles or about one hour and forty minutes to drive to the hot springs.
Directions: From Idaho Falls, Idaho take US-20 W 62.0 mi Turn left onto US-20 W/US-26 W/US-93 S/W Grand Ave Continue to follow US-20 W/US-26 W/US-93 S Destination will be on the right 34.0 mi
Accessibility: Milford Hot Springs is accessible. It is right off highway 93 on the way to the Craters of the Moon National Monument. Once you park your vehicle. Its a short hike to the hot springs.
