General Description: Ann Arbor Hot Springs is also known as Lower Breitenbush Hot Springs Ann Arbor is a 100 year old abandoned hot springs resort formerly known as Skiff's Camp. Ann Arbor is located along the Breitenbush River in the Willamette National Forest in Detroit, Oregon. Ann Arbor boasts remnants of the abandoned cement hot spring tubs. This hot springs is a short walk from Breitenbush Hot Springs Retreat and Conference Center which is considered Upper Breitenbush.
Location: From Salem, Oregon is 60 miles or about an hour and 15 minutes to drive to the hot springs.
Directions: From Salem, Oregon take OR-22 E/Santiam Hwy SE to Hwy 46/Breitenbush Rd in Detroit 57 min (50.9 mi) Continue on Breitenbush Rd to your destination 20 min (10.8 mi)
Accessibility: Ann Arbor Hot Springs is accessible. The lower hot springs are accessible by the 0.5-mile trail from the parking area. The trailhead to the hot springs is located on the left side of the parking area.

Ann Arbor boasts remnants of the abandoned cement hot spring tubs. The temperature of hot spring tubs depend on the disbursement of the geothermal water through these tubes. The temperature of the tubs ranges from 65 degrees to 125 degrees. Ann Arbor has a cast iron tub along the banks of Breitenbush River. All the water is 100 % natural. Clothing is optional.
